Hoe het verder moest.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ik voelde me gevangen zitten in het Rad van het Leven, totaal op de overlevingsstand.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mijn coping is dat ik heel hard ga werken (herkenbaar??).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ik dacht: ik heb even een break nodig! Ik ga gewoon tot september niks doen, bekijk het maar.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mijn coach zei: Mirjam, ik heb net je boek uit en volgens mij geef je daar hele waardevolle tips in, voor als je er doorheen zit. Waarom l\u00e9\u00e9f je het dan (nu) niet?<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ik dacht: shit, betrapt. Ze heeft gelijk.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spiegeltje, spiegeltje aan de wand\u2026 wat wil je me laten zien?<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het was duidelijk:\u00a0<em>practice what I preach.<\/em><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dus in plaats van die break \u2013 die ik z\u00f3 nodig dacht te hebben \u2013 ben ik aan de slag gegaan.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Niet door hard te werken, maar door SLIM in te zetten op wat ik echt nodig heb.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoe ik weet wat ik nodig heb?
