Het was 1995.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fast forward naar 14 april 2022: twee grote pallets met dozen staan in mijn piepkleine fietsenschuur in de voortuin.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Er staat een doos voor de deur en mijn dochter van 6 rent op de doos af: mag ik het openmaken?!?<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ik heb alleen oog voor de reusachtige pallets in mijn kleine schuurtje en denk: Waar ga ik dat in hemelsnaam laten?<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een minuut later knip ik met de keukenschaar het eerste plastic van de pallets en scheur het karton open van de eerste doos.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daar is ie dan: het <a href=\"https:\/\/backtolove.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Back to Love Handboek<\/a>.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De kaft, precies zoals ik het wilde.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Glanzend, zacht papier.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Met de prachtige illustraties van No\u00eblla, de waanzinnige foto&#8217;s van Eva.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De kristallen van the Spirit Junkies, de kleding van Zondag \u00e9n &#8211; last but not least &#8211;<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het voorwoord van Lou!<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Precies zoals ik het voor me zag.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En nu mag ik het eindelijk \u00e9cht met je delen: HET HANDBOEK IS ER!!!<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serieus, ik ben all the way gegaan.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heb niks achter gehouden.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heb er een training bij gemaakt.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Want, als ik iets doe, dan doe ik het goed.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All the way.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wat een mooi bruggetje naar de liefde.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De liefde nodigt ons (ook) uit om all the way te gaan.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All the way met open ogen, te kijken naar onszelf.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zodat we gebruik kunnen maken van de wisselwerking tussen mensen, tussen partners.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Want daarmee verander je de liefde.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ik las laatst: liefde is vooral een skill.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En daar ben ik het mee eens.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Liefde is vooral een\u00a0<em>set<\/em>\u00a0skills.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00ede skillset deel ik met je in het Handboek, m\u00e9t bijbehorende training.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In de podcast episode van deze week word ik ge\u00efnterviewd door journalist en auteur Esmir van Wering, die mij het hemd van het lijf vraagt over het <a href=\"https:\/\/backtolove.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Back to Love Handboek<\/a> en mijn visie op liefde.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het werd een prachtig gesprek, vol verbazing, ontroering, openheid (en d\u00e1t voor een introvert zoals ik\u00a0\ud83d\ude0a) en herkenning.
